The Nevada FPD is accredited by the State Bar of Nevada as a provider of continuing legal education. Our CLE program is administered by a committee dedicated to planning and presenting the highest quality criminal defense CLE’s in the state. Through the committee’s efforts, our office hosts one or more CLE’s a month on a wide variety of topics from the Bail Reform Act to forensics, the Fourth Amendment to habeas, with a focus on the cutting-edge topics in federal criminal defense.
